Welcome to Merci Wrap & Pack. These terms explain how our online shop works. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Merci Wrap & Pack is a packaging supplies shop based in Beirut, Lebanon. We sell ready-made packaging (boxes, bags, wrapping, ribbons, fillers and bakery packaging) to small businesses, online sellers and individuals all over Lebanon.
All our items are ready-made packaging supplies. We do not offer custom printing, logo printing, personalization, custom production or custom sizes. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Sizes are shown on each product page in centimeters.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, plus the delivery fee shown at checkout.
We keep stock information up to date. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a wait or a refund.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order in case of a pricing or stock error or suspected misuse. You can cancel an order by WhatsApp or phone (+961 70 247 811) until it is handed to the courier.
We currently accept cash on delivery: you pay the courier in US dollars when your order arrives. More payment methods may be added later.
We deliver all over Lebanon. Delivery costs $4 per order and usually takes 1 to 3 working days; see our Shipping Policy.
Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
We are responsible for delivering the items you ordered in the condition described on our website. We are not liable for indirect losses outside our reasonable control, such as lost sales or event delays.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Beirut.
We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
