Privacy Policy

Merci Wrap & Pack (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit this website or place an order, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

• Contact and delivery details: name, phone number, email address and delivery address, when you check out or contact us.
• Order details: the products you buy, quantities, prices and order notes.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or by email, and your newsletter sign-up if you choose to join.
• Website usage: pages viewed and basic device and browser data, collected by the website and, if they are enabled, by analytics and advertising tools.

Why we use it

• To prepare and deliver your order anywhere in Lebanon and to answer your questions.
• To send order and delivery updates by email or WhatsApp.
• To send our newsletter, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and improve how it works.
• To measure our ads, if advertising tools are enabled.

Cookies

The website uses cookies so that features such as your cart work. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may set their own cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some features may then stop working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the partners we need to serve you: our delivery partner (to bring your order to you), the companies that host the website and send our emails, and the authorities when Lebanese law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and contact records as long as we need them for delivery, support, accounting and legal reasons. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. After that we delete them.

Security

We protect your data with reasonable measures such as a secure (HTTPS) website, limited access and trusted providers.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Contact us using the details below.
