We deliver Merci Wrap & Pack orders all over Lebanon, carefully packed so your boxes, bags, ribbons and wrapping arrive clean and ready to use.
We deliver to every area of Lebanon: to your home, your studio or your shop, for one-time orders and regular small-business restocks.
Delivery costs $4 per order anywhere in Lebanon and is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days after they are prepared, depending on your area. Public holidays and weather can add a day.
We prepare and pack your order within 1 to 2 working days, then hand it to our delivery partner. You receive an order confirmation by email.
You pay the courier in cash, in US dollars, when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.
If the courier cannot reach you, we will contact you to arrange a new time. After two failed attempts the order returns to us, and a new delivery fee may apply to send it again.
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If you need to change them, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once the parcel is with the courier, changes may not be possible and a new delivery fee may apply.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you can refuse it at the door and tell us right away. If you notice damage after opening it, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we will replace the items or refund you, and we cover the delivery.
